This retreat take place on the beautiful shores of Oaxaca, where we embark upon a week of sweat lodges for an immense purification and deep nourishment of the soul.
The healing process born from the transformative space of the lodge, along with the raw power of the elements and proximity to the pacific ocean all combine to make this a unique and life- changing experience.
Drawing on traditional teachings of the Maya, the lodge medicine will help burn away impurities and connect you to your true nature, leading the way to a more fearless and empowered life.
Daily yoga with me and individual readings by Roland will be offered before each sweat lodge, allowing for a fully guided and supported healing journey.
Perched on the wooded cliffs above Playa Aragon, just east of San Agustinillo, Cerro Largo comprises of 9 adobe bungalows all with magnificent sea views and paths down to the beach, a stunning yoga studio and an amazing vegetarian restaurant.
Accommodation is shared, with 2 to a bungalow, with single occupancy rooms also available upon request.
