build your confidence and skills as a yoga teacher

WHY COMMIT TO A MENTORSHIP?

Mentorships are an amazing opportunity to explore in greater depth your own practice either as a student or new teacher.

The sessions allow you for a bespoke curriculum to be crafted based on your needs.

Mentorships are ideal for any yoga teachers wishing to build their confidence and skills in teaching. They are a chance to work intimately with Lucy and her near 15 years of experience to explore any areas of challenge in your teaching, or areas in which you simply wish to have guidance to refine your teaching.

No matter how I feel at the start of any of Lucy’s classes or in her capacity as my mentor, I always come away feeling inspired, moved - and a better version of myself. Her love for yoga is expressed in such a beautiful way and I love working with her. Her knowledge is so vast and incredible, but most of all her teaching and mentoring is accessible for everyone, no matter how experienced you are as student or teacher.
